Troocoo are an Australian privately-owned, national executive search, recruitment, and HR solutions business. Troocoo have a dedicated Government recruitment team who recruit contract roles across Local, State and Federal Government. 

2 x exciting opportunities have become available to join this leading State Government Department. The role will be commencing ASAP.
  • Hourly contractor AO6 rate - $71.67 p/hour + super
  • ASAP start to 30/08/2024 - potential extension.
What your new opportunity looks like:
  • Oversee and support all phases of multiple concurrent recruitment processes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across business groups to conduct workforce planning, support recruitment, and identify workforce risks and opportunities for effective provision of resources and capability.
  • Interpret workforce data to support business groups and teams to understand workforce implications at a tactical and strategic level.
  • Provide strategic advice to leaders to ensure optimal workforce levels and capability are maintained.
  • Help embed workforce, recruitment and resource planning tools and capability.
Your skills and experience:  
  • Previous experience within recruitment, workforce management and HR are essential to this position
  • Previous Government experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to engage and develop strong and sustainable relationships with senior and key business leaders – ability to consult and negotiate with a range of stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills required
  • Analytical and problem solving abilities to navigate complex and changing work environments
