Work for a NFP on the Northside of Brisbane in a Reception capacity. 

Duties include:
  • Meeting and greeting visitors 
  • Front desk responsibility of managing phone calls, redirecting calls, and message taking. 
  • Provide a first class customer service experience to all visitors 
  • Managing telephone enquiries
  • Information data entry
As first point of contact for our patients, we require the following:
  • A professional, patient and courteous manner
  • Excellent communication and telephone manner
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills
  • Strong multitasking capabilities
This is a 3 month contract role, with a possibility to go permanent.
Working Mon to Fri 8am - 4pm. 
Approx. $35 per hour plus super.
