About the role

We are searching for a Payroll professional to join an outcome driven organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join an experienced and growing business and have an immediate impact on a values lead, team environment. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Ensure fortnightly and monthly payroll calculations are completed accurately.
  • Process payroll reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
  • Process Superannuation, Payroll, FBT taxes, PAYG deductions
  • Prepare and reconcile payroll reports.
  • Assisting with payroll queries from key stakeholders across the business.
  • Assist with bank reconciliations and preparation of FBT returns.
  • Monthly payroll tax reporting.
  • First point of contact for all payroll enquiries
  • Processing of supplier invoices, credit card reconciliations, petty cash, and general ledger coding.
About you

This position is well suited to a Payroll professional who prides themselves on their ability to deliver results. The successful candidate will have:
  • Two years experience in a payroll processing role
  • Hands on knowledge of HR3 and Humanforce would be advantageous, if not proven Payroll system experience on other platforms is a must
  • Good knowledge of Payroll regulations including superannuation, and taxation
  • Proven experience working in large organisations with national payroll environments
  • Management of leave reconciliations
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management

What is on offer?
  
This is an initial six month contract, which has a strong chance of extension or going permanent based on success. With an hourly rate of between $30 and $45 plus super (depending on experience).

This role will be office based in St Leonards working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday each week.
