About the Role
As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for defining and executing Crimsafe’s national sales strategy. This role is ideal for a commercially minded sales leader who thrives in both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish clear sales objectives and targets aligned with the company’s overall growth and budget goals.
- Own and deliver Crimsafe’s commercial growth strategy across residential, commercial, and licensee-driven sales channels.
- Monitor sales performance and pipeline activity, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
- Motivate, coach, and lead the sales team to achieve targets, while supporting their professional development.
- Maintain strong, ongoing relationships with licensees, designers, builders, architects, and other key commercial stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to ensure alignment and effective customer delivery.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within construction, trade services, or building materials.
- Strong track record in strategic sales planning, business development, and key account management.
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets, supported by robust pipeline and performance management.
- Excellent leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for building and empowering high-performing teams.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with the confidence to lead from the front.
- Flexibility to travel interstate regularly to connect with customers and stakeholders.
