Finance Officer
Job description
A large Australian Not for Profit is looking for a new Finance Officer due to business growth.

The Ideal Candidate
Hybrid role:-
Duties include:
- Processing a high volume of invoices
- Managing purchase orders
- Reconcile bank statements and follow up where needed.
- Reconcile timesheets with invoices
- Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Provide assistance to the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams when required.
- Support of the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrable experience in a similar field
- Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Team player with a positive “can do” attitude
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hybrid role:-
- 2 days per week - WFH
- 2 Days per week - Work in head office (Woolloongabba)
- 1 Day per week work in any Brisbane satellite office (whichever is closest to you)
- Flexible working hours - start anytime from 7.30am (37.5 hour working week)
