Finance Officer

Job description

A large Australian Not for Profit is looking for a new Finance Officer due to business growth. 

Duties include:
  • Processing a high volume of invoices
  • Managing purchase orders
  • Reconcile bank statements and follow up where needed.
  • Reconcile timesheets with invoices
  • Assist with audit preparations and provide necessary documentation and support to auditors.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Provide assistance to the accounts payable and accounts receivable teams when required.
  • Support of the Finance Manager with ad hoc tasks as required.
