About your new role
This project involves reviewing unit data for our portfolio of retirement units, including details such as size and number of rooms. Tasks will include analyzing existing information—such as floorplans and spreadsheets—collecting additional details from various teams within the organization, making informed decisions on data accuracy, and updating the spreadsheet accordingly. Some travel to the villages may be necessary. The role will be overseen by a lead project manager from the Corporate Finance team, with support from other team members.
Key requirements:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and managing large data sets
- Effective communication skills for gathering additional information
- Good time management to ensure timely completion of tasks
- CPA/CA qualified
- Auditing experience (desireable)
