This role will see you work within a highly collaborative and dynamic team and will be supporting Business Leaders to design, plan and implement initiatives to materially improve scalability, cost, control, and customer outcomes.
Further to this, the Design and Digitalisation Specialist will be required to perform the following key responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of the end to end program of digitisation initiatives to be included within the divisional strategy through the annual planning process.
- Undertake operational and commercial analysis to understand business challenges, identify, and size opportunities to inform initiative development and business case submissions.
- As a part of the design and digitisation team, partner with leaders from across the division to design and deliver AI and digitisation initiatives that materially improve scalability, cost, control, and customer outcomes
- Mapping of data sources, process requirements and customer interactions to enable the redesign of end to end processes leveraging digitisation and AI capabilities
- Contributing to the evaluation (in conjunction with the data & analytics function) of the relevant AI capabilities to be employed (E.g. Machine Learning, NLP, Machine Vision, etc…) and inputting into the required process steps and business logic within the solution design to enable process automation.
- Customer & Data and Technology functions to shape the solution design inclusive of technology, process, and data components.
- Undertake comprehensive analysis and documentation of risk considerations, controls and monitoring requirements are undertaken within initiative developments
- Bachelors qualifications in business, commerce, data science or technology disciplines
- Strong knowledge of customer technology, systems and AI capabilities and their application in process design and optimisation
- Experience with AI tools and platforms: Familiarity with popular AI platforms, data science tools and applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to translate complex business problems into actionable AI solutions, identify relevant data sources, and design robust models
- Experience in an operations and / or financial services environment
- 3+ years’ experience, with a relevant background in business process design / optimisation.
