Contracts are 2nd September - 18th October (extension potential) | South Bank location | $36.45 p/hour + super | must be available ASAP.
Full time contracts | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm
Part-time contracts | Monday to Saturday | Minimum 3 shifts | Mon - Thurs 2.00pm to 7.00pm or 3.00pm to 8.30pm | Fri 10.00am to 6.00pm | Sat 9.00am to 3.00pm
The Roles
These roles will be the first point of customer contact assisting with enquiries, requests and transactions!
- Managing a high volume of inbound calls within the contact centre.
- Attentively listening to customer enquiries and providing advice and resolutions.
- Processing a high volume of customer requests and applications.
- Engaging and educating customers on services and options available.
- Maintaining a positive, professional and caring attitude towards customer
- You must be available ASAP - interviews will be held next Tuesday (27.08) if you are shortlisted.
- You must be available to commence on 2nd September
- You must be available for the contract duration.

- Exceptional communication skills and ability to build rapport.
