Having graduated with Second Class Honours - Upper Division in Business Studies, Nicole's academic background complements her practical experience in recruitment. Her journey in the industry began in a Talent Acquisition role within the Professional Services sector, where she quickly demonstrated her resilience and aptitude for connecting with people. This led her to specialise as a consultant, focusing specifically on the legal division before joining Troocoo.
Originally from Northern Ireland, Nicole recently relocated to Brisbane, bringing with her a diverse perspective and a passion for forging meaningful connections.
