Chris is the General Manager – Outsourcing of Troocoo People Advisory, with over 20 years of Recruitment, Outsourcing (RPO/MSP/CMO) and Talent solutions experience to leverage.
Chris has won, implemented and managed small to large, outsourced projects of work across RPO, MSP and CMO specialisms, running teams of up to 50 in size to deliver best in market permanent and contractor recruitment solutions across Australia and New Zealand.
Some of those clients include Fujitsu, Santos, AGL, Deloitte and NSW Health to name a few.
Having completed Business Studies in his early days, Chris brings with him a broad consultative approach to help companies deal with the long list of talent challenges they have today. Whether it be cost control, time to hire, supplier management, technology innovation, contractor risk and payroll, process improvement or driving innovative D&I strategy – Chris has probably covered it before and assisted clients with a best practice solution.
Overseeing a talented Troocoo People Advisory team, Chris and his colleagues manage a number of small to large, outsourced projects with additional consultative work complimenting the already well-established agency business Troocoo operates.
