About the role:
- Responsible for coordinating the delivery of several key functions throughout the portfolio
- Main point of contact for a vast range of internal stakeholders as well as contracts with suppliers, professional services and contractors etc
- Accountable for repairs and maintenance coordination including preventative maintenance
- Ensure all building, operations, & facilities comply with all legislative regulations
About you:
- The key to your success will be your passion for excellence, ability to foster continuous improvement and manage relationships with stakeholders
- Experience in a similar role demonstrating organisational and technical Facilities Management skills
- The ability to build effecting working relationships with stakeholders and assess, develop and negotiate solutions to facilities issues
- Experience with budgeting, capital works programs and cost control
- Proficient in the use of Excel and ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software
- Ability to work autonomously and use initiative to resolve problems
