About the role:

Our client is looking for a research coordinator for a period of 6-8 weeks and the role will sit within the research and analytics team.  The Research & Analytics team is responsible for the production, maintenance and customer service of the national surveys. The purpose of this role is to support the Research & Analytics team, especially during July/Aug, while the Research Product Manager is on annual leave.  
This role’s primary functions will be to set up and monitor surveys; provide survey progress updates to participants, key internal stakeholders and clients and generate reports.
 
The successful candidate:
 
The role holder will ideally possess a tertiary qualification in statistics, finance or economics. 1-2 years experience in an administration, sales support or customer services role will be required. Intermediate MS office skills, particularly excel, will be vital to the role holders success in this position. A positive attitude, first class communication skills and the ability to work to timelines will also be required.
 
What's on offer?
 
An hourly rate of $30-35 an hour plus super for a period of 6 - 8 weeks. There may well be an opportunity to extend should the person perform well in the position.
