This truly unique business is looking for a talented Recruitment Coordinator to join their high-performing team.

About the role
This role will see you gain great exposure to varied recruitment across the business. Contributing as part of this close-knit talent team will see you influencing recruitment strategy and processes to ensure that the business is as efficient as possible. You will focus on establishing and maintaining genuine quality relationships throughout all levels of the business to understand their hiring needs now and into the future. Further to supporting the recruitment process you will be assisting in the onboarding to ensure employees are set for success.
Day to day you will:
  • Manage end to end recruitment processes sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing & reference checking.
  • Work closely with hiring managers offering your expertise on all talent related matters, drafting position descriptions, interview support, department specific onboarding materials.
  • Review and look for continuous improvement of all policies and procedures with employee experience being paramount.
  • Contribute to the greater People team on new projects or initiatives.

  • Be confident and have demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment, from role request through to onboarding.
  • Possess a positive attitude and confidence in your ability to influence, build and manage relationship with key stakeholders.
  • Be structured in your approach to challenging tasks and situations, critically analyse the needs of the situation and determining the best solution.
