Duties include but are not limited to:
- Property maintenance and ongoing facilities management
- Project management and coordination with real estate projects and programs
- Ensuring new sites are ready to be open and operational
- Assist in preparing detailed construction cost estimates and documentation for securing project funding approvals.
- Coordinate project teams with diverse skill sets and responsibilities.
- Develop and manage project schedules, activities, and budgets.
- Oversee all project communications, including status updates and progress reports.
- Manage the selection process and performance of consultants, contractors, and other external vendors, including interactions with local councils.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to educate and communicate changes related to future workplace and cultural aspirations based on project requirements.
- Ability to work independently and effectively supervise consultants and contractors.
- Proven experience in managing projects and budgets to meet deadlines and resource constraints.
- 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field involving the operation and management of commercial premises.
- Business degree preferred, but not essential.
- Experience in Project Management.
