A fantastic new opportunity is readily available for a Senior Project Manager to join this leading and well recognised Non For Profit Organisation specialising in Healthcare Services.

The role of the Senior Project Manager will be required to initially manage a number of concurrent projects and be required to perform the following key responsibilities;
  • Demonstrate customer-centric approach, manage and lead the successful delivery of projects 
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership and management skills, overseeing the day-to-day management of the project team and fostering a high performing team culture
  • Develop exemplary project management documentation and collateral eg. project management plan, schedule, project status reports, benefits realisation plan, project closure report etc
  • Provide robust management of project budgets and expenditure, including reporting, forecasting and procurement related to the projects
  • Implement and maintain comprehensive risk and issue management

  • Demonstrated experience in successfully managing a major change project to achieve critical business outcomes.
  • Substantial capability in project planning techniques including the ability to assess and manage risks, costs, resources, and outcomes/deliverables.
  • Proven experience delivering benefits driven projects and benefits management capability.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a high-performance team across a range of disciplines, including external vendors.
  • Strong track record in developing and applying project management methods and tools.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement and management skills at executive and senior management level with the ability to lead / influence a diverse group of people.
  • Advanced written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to develop and present complex reports, facilitate organisational negotiations and meetings and the ability to explain technical information to non-technical people.
  • Strong customer-focused attitude, commitment to actively display organisational values, and contribute to team goals.
Desirable:
  • Experience in the Accounts Payable / CRM / Invoice Process Implementation projects 
  • Familiarity with the application of technology in the delivery of Health Care.
  • Previous experience or sound understanding of working with the Heath, Human Services and Not-For-Profit industry.
