Duties:

In this role you will provide day to day operational and administrative support the Project Manager during an exciting expansion project.
  • Provide operational support to the Project Manager and broader project team.
  • Assist with the development of project related documentation across various formats.
  • Scheduling project meetings with various stakeholders and assist in status reviews.
  • Monitoring, evaluation and reporting for various stages of the project.
  • Prepare and review presentations, reports and briefing notes for senior executives.
  • Coordinate activities, such as: resource allocation, reporting, planning, performance targeting, risk management and system appraisals.
  • Identify opportunities to drive change within business systems, automation and process improvement.
  • Assist with submissions agendas and minute taking for board meetings, stakeholder workshops and information sessions.
What you will bring:
  • Proven experience in a similar project support role within an agile and dynamic business environment.
  • High level of project management and administrative skills, with a demonstrated track record of delivering successful outcomes.
  • Working knowledge and application of project management tools and templates.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with various stakeholders, with a key interest in building relationships.
  • Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Highly developed time management and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Proficiency in using management software’s (Microsoft Project, Asana) as well as the MS Office suite.
