The Role:
The company is seeking a Program Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery and rollout of multiple key customer engagements. The role is primarily focused on the delivery and implementation of technology products with both hardware and software componentry. You will contribute to the continued growth of the company as you head up activities such as customer demonstrations, the resultant rollout of product and management of scheduled software releases.
Responsibilities:
- Management and fulfillment of your customers purchases
- Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.
- Oversee a program of multiple projects whilst maximising efficiencies and profitability
- Play a pivotal role across internal production, sales and engineering teams
- Manage the company’s quarterly release cycle for software products
- Identify and implement processes to scale the business through its next stage of growth whilst managing rapid organisational change.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in multiple jurisdictions
In order to be considered for this role, you will meet the majority of the following criteria;
- You will have experience managing multiple product delivery projects with physical products being at the heart of your expertise.
- You will have an understanding of software and related engineering practices
- You will have led customer engagements
- You may have worked in the manufacturing, telecommunications, distribution, defence, engineering or other closely related industries
- You will have strong project and operational management skills
- You will be excited to work in a multi-faceted and fast-paced delivery role
