About the role:
Our client currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to form part of their busy wholesale division.

This role involves managing pricing, handling wholesale customer orders, and ensuring accurate invoicing. You will work closely with our wholesale sales and supply team, providing support and coverage during peak periods to maintain smooth operations. Your duties will include:
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies based on market analysis, competitor pricing, and internal financial goals.
  • Prepare regular reports on pricing trends, sales performance, and customer feedback for management review.
  • Maintain relationships with wholesale customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Receive and process orders from wholesale customers via phone, email, or electronic systems.
  • Generate accurate invoices for orders, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and pricing agreements.
  •  Work closely with the wholesale sales team to provide support with onboarding customers, collating customer feedback, and ad-hoc assistance as needed.
  •  Provide coverage during peak periods to the Customer Service, Credit, Wholesale Sales/Account Management, and Supply Teams, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
About you:
To be successful in your application, you will need a high level of motivation, flexibility, and attention to detail to assist within a great team environment:
  • Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a commercial business. 
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with ERP systems (Navision experience will be highly regarded).
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to manipulate and interpret data and initiate changes.
