We are seeking a dynamic and experienced People Services Manager to lead their HR operations team and ensure the delivery of exceptional HR services to their internal customers.

Position Overview: As the People Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle services while leading a team to deliver high-quality HR services. Reporting directly to the Director of People, you will have the opportunity to shape the HR service delivery framework, drive continuous improvement, and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize your broad and practical knowledge of Human Resources to manage operational and relational HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Build and lead a high-performing HR People Services Team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to team members.
  • Refine and continuously improve the HR service delivery framework and tools to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organisation.
  • Drive ongoing improvements through standardization, automation, and consolidation of processes in alignment with HR strategy goals.
  • Monitor team performance against defined standards and ensure compliance with ISO9001 quality standards.
  • Partner with leaders to ensure organisational structure and roles are well-defined and benchmarked.
  • Provide expertise in remuneration and benefit practices, along with guidance on HR policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee accurate and timely processing of employee movements, payroll, and contract services.
  • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and deliver HR metrics and reporting to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Manage the HR People Services budget and ensure efficient resource utilisation.
Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience within a HR leadership role. 
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Experience managing and leading teams through change management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in HR information systems and technologies.
