Our client is a growing healthcare organization dedicated to exceptional patient care. Due to their continued growth, our client is seeking a Payroll Administrator with exceptional data entry skills to support their dynamic team on an initial 2-3 month contract.
About the role
Forming part of the payroll team, you will provide administrative assistance and ensure all data is entered efficiently and accurately. Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting throughout various stages of the payroll process accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail.
- Maintain employee records, respond to enquiries, and resolve payroll discrepancies.
- Assist with administrative duties and provide support to other departments.
To be successful in this role, you will be available immediately and bring previous exposure to the payroll function and a strong administrative background.

- Knowledge of payroll processes, tax regulations, and deductions.
- Proficiency in using payroll software and Microsoft Office.
