The position of Office Coordinator plays a pivotal role within this business and will require you to wear many hats. On a day to day basis you will be responsible for ensuring the office is running smoothly. This includes everything from being the first point of contact for all calls to addressing member enquiries. Additional responsibilities include:
- Provide general administrative support of the office;
- Process new member information request for guests and clients;
- Maintain the petty cash system including issue of ad hoc payments, record keeping and reconciliation at least on a weekly basis
- Issue of monthly stock take sheets and entry of completed stock take results
- Periodic stationery ordering maintaining adequate stocks of required administrative
