The Troocoo Business Services Division are proud to be partnering with a not-for-profit organisation based in Brisbane CBD to help them source for their next Junior Office Coordinator.

The Office Coordinator is a hand-on position where you will contribute to the day-to-day office administration requirements, with a friendly and proactive attitude.
  
Key responsibilities:  
  • Conduct general administration duties including answering phone calls and managing the general inbox
  • Provide excellent customer service support to their clients and follow up where required
  • Maintain filing systems
  • Perform other clerical duties such as typing, binding, photocopying and faxing
  • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires
  • Order groceries and catering
  • Ensure stationary and supplies are ordered and stocked
