Working within a friendly and inclusive environment, you will be providing excellent customer service for all clients and visitors along with organising office supplies, events and facilities.
Key duties include:
- Welcoming visitors;
- Daily checks of office stock and meeting room cleanliness;
- Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail;
- Record and management of software licensing;
- Office catering;
- Coordination of office events;
- Facilities Coordination such as maintenance requests and contractor engagement;
- Liaising with building management;
- Expense reimbursements for staff;
- Ensuring expenses are within prepared budgets;
- Ad hoc administrative tasks;
- Fire Warden and First Aid Officer responsibilities;
