Troocoo are excited to be partnering with a non-for-profit organisation that have seen significant growth over the last 12 months. We are currently recruiting the position of Junior Office Coordinator on a full-time basis, located in the Brisbane CBD.

Working within a friendly and inclusive environment, you will be providing excellent customer service for all clients and visitors along with organising office supplies, events and facilities.
Key duties include:
  • Welcoming visitors;
  • Daily checks of office stock and meeting room cleanliness;
  • Coordination of incoming and outgoing mail;
  • Record and management of software licensing;
  • Office catering;
  • Coordination of office events;
  • Facilities Coordination such as maintenance requests and contractor engagement;
  • Liaising with building management;
  • Expense reimbursements for staff;
  • Ensuring expenses are within prepared budgets;
  • Ad hoc administrative tasks;
  • Fire Warden and First Aid Officer responsibilities;
We are looking for an administrative or customer service professional that thrives within a team environment. You will pride yourself on your high level of attention to detail and take ownership and accountability for your work and outcomes. You will have a customer service approach in all you do and enjoy being the “go to” person for the office.
