Our client has a 12 month maternity leave contract for an experienced communications professional to be the voice behind their company's heartbeat. As the Internal & Engagement Communications Manager – Corporate, you'll be the architect of their internal communication landscape, ensuring their messages resonate, inspire, and drive action.

Your mission? To craft, implement, and manage high-impact campaigns and communication strategies that amplify their vision, engage their teams, and propel them towards their strategic objectives. You'll be the maestro behind key communication channels, orchestrating timely and compelling messages that foster collaboration and fuel success.
 
On a daily basis you’ll be focused on;
  1. Crafting Engaging Campaigns: Design and execute captivating communication campaigns aligned with our business goals, including supporting materials like presentations and reports.
  2. Managing Corporate Channels: Curate and refine our corporate communication channels, from digital platforms to leader briefings, ensuring our messages hit home every time.
  3. Driving Events: Organise and execute memorable events, from CEO Town Halls to product launches, showcasing your creativity and cost-effective prowess.
  4. Insights Maven: Provide strategic insights through monthly reports, leveraging analytics and metrics to fine-tune our communication strategies.
  5. Social Media Savvy: Elevate our corporate presence on LinkedIn and manage content on our website to boost engagement and enhance our brand.
  6. Master of Specialised Communication: Navigate crisis communications and operational messaging with finesse, ensuring clarity and composure in every situation.
  7. Collaborative Partner: Proactively engage with cross-functional teams to enhance stakeholder management and seize communication opportunities while addressing risks.
  8. Guardian of Brand Integrity: Uphold our internal brand standards and governance, ensuring consistency and effectiveness across all communications.
 What you’ll bring;
  • Credentials: Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Corporate Communications Savvy: Proven expertise in navigating dynamic corporate communication environments, blending strategic vision with operational finesse.
  • Integrity and Impact: Ability to provide sound advice and deliver impactful results within a culture of high integrity and performance.
  • Communication Mastery: Versatile written and verbal skills.
  • Organisational Agility: Expert multitasker with attention to detail.
  • Change Management Fluency: Deep understanding of contemporary frameworks for internal change communication, fostering a strong internal brand ethos.
  • Social Media Expertise: Governance and management savvy.

  • Digital Proficiency: Versed in Google Suite, Slack, Adobe Suite, and Campaign Monitor.
