About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate Human Resources Business Partner to join a close knit, dynamic team. As an integral part of the organisation, this HR Business Partner position will see you play a pivotal role in driving people strategies and ensuring the workforce remains at the forefront of organisational success. This role will also see you;
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR practices aligned with the organisation’s vision and goals.
  • Lead a small team of HR professional whilst acting as the escalation point for more complex matters.
  • Provide expert guidance on talent management, organisational development, workforce planning as well as delivering on a range of HR projects.
  • Drive performance management initiatives, fostering a high-performance culture across the organisation.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify and address HR challenges, facilitating seamless business operations.
  • Champion diversity and inclusion efforts, ensuring a supportive and equitable work environment.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
About You: 
You could be an enthusiastic Senior HR Advisor ready to take on your first leadership position or a HR Business Partner ready to explore a new challenge and exciting opportunity.
  • Hold a minimum of bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a similar HR Business Partner or generalist role within a larger scale, multi-site, geographically dispersed organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building strong relationships.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
