Key responsibilities will include:
- Liaising with key stakeholders to understand resourcing needs.
- Developing new, and updating existing, role descriptions.
- Applying HR policies and frameworks in achieving business outcomes.
- Prepare HR related correspondence, briefs, reports and resource requests to a high standard.
- Support the Principal HR Advisor as required to build and mature HR service delivery across the branch.
- Recent Queensland Government experience
- Able to work as an independent HR advisor confident operating across a dynamic project driven portfolio
- Maintain an understanding of contemporary human resource management practices as well as a comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, industrial agreements, policies and procedures and ensure that practices within client groups are consistent with these demonstrated through
