About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and capable Human Resources Advisor to join a collaborative and mission-aligned HR team. This role provides timely, accurate, and high-quality HR advice and operational support across a diverse and geographically dispersed workforce.
As a trusted HR generalist, you will support leaders and employees across performance management, employee relations, workforce planning, cultural development, and policy implementation. You will also play a key role in shaping people capability and contributing to strategic workforce initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end HR advisory support to people leaders across all facets of the employee lifecycle.
- Undertake case management and support matters relating to performance, conduct, and employment relations.
- Partner with managers to support workforce planning and organisational development activities.
- Assist with the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Report and analyse HR metrics and contribute to compliance, audit and continuous improvement efforts.
- Promote and support a strong, positive workplace culture aligned with the organisation’s mission and values.
You are an experienced and motivated HR professional with a genuine commitment to making a difference. You thrive in a people-focused environment and enjoy working with purpose.
You will bring:
- Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated generalist HR experience in an advisory capacity, ideally in a complex or service-based environment.
- Sound understanding of relevant industrial relations legislation.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
- A current driver’s licence and the ability to travel to sites as required.
