About the Role:

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Partner to join their People, Culture & Wellness team on a fixed-term basis for 3 months, with the potential to go to permanent. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the organisational culture and achieving strategic objectives through effective people management practices. You will provide expert guidance to operational leaders, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and fostering a positive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership in designing and implementing people, culture, and wellness initiatives.
  • Offer proactive HR advisory services and guidance on policy interpretation and change management.
  • Support operational leaders in performance management and career development.
  • Conduct objective investigations and provide comprehensive advice on employee relations matters.
  • Analyse data and trends to develop programs that optimize organisational outcomes.
  • Manage injury and complex case management processes to facilitate return-to-work programs.
Key Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Current National Police Clearance.
