About the Role
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will provide exceptional Human Resources advice and support to key stakeholders across the full employee lifecycle. Reporting into the Human Resources Manager, you will work closely on projects and initiatives to deliver the people strategy. As you build strong working relationships with your stakeholders, you will provide advice and support across areas of onboarding, deployment, training, employee and industrial relations, employee engagement, people planning and talent management. You will also be dedicated and passionate about uplifting the workforce capability by identifying high-quality talent for the business.
Day-to-day, you will:
  • Act as a key point of contact within the business on all people matters.
  • Provide support and advice to leaders, managers, and supervisors on all aspects of the employee experience.
  • Create and implement effective workforce planning initiatives relating to the retention and succession of their people, whilst overseeing development plans for key individuals, high-potential employees, and talent management profiles.
  • Support the current and future growth prospects of the business by working with the business to uplift organisational design and leadership capability.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced Human Resources professional who is keen to bring their proactive and dynamic approach to a growing local business. As you embody the values of MOCO Food Services, you will use your exceptional communication skills to forge and maintain strong professional relationships with your stakeholders. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and bring an ability to manage time effectively whilst balancing competing priorities.
You will ideally also bring:
  • Solid generalist Human Resources experience working across of a mix of blue- and white-collar industries.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An understanding of industrial relations and employee relations legislation and the ability to understand and interpret industrial instruments
  • A positive attitude and confidence in your ability to build, manage and influence relationships with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • High-level problem-solving and analytical capability.
