About the role
This is a temporary or fixed-term contract for 9 months as a HR Advisor specialising in remuneration, systems and insights. The role will be a diverse position where you will provide generalist advice and support to employees throughout their employment journey. You will offer guidance on remuneration and benefits policies, as well as provide initial advisory services and system support. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating, evaluating, and analysing reports on human resources-related metrics and information.
You will need to travel to different sites once a week, so you'll need a car.

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management.
- Experience in remuneration and benefits evaluation and benchmarking.
