About the role:
   
Integria are seeking a dynamic leader to support the business through significant change, maintaining employee engagement and fostering a culture of resilience during this transitional period. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams and be comfortable attending leadership meetings, focusing on business strategies and initiatives. With a team of two P&C Business Partners, a P&C Coordinator and Office Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the businesses sustainability and DEI initiatives, as well as supporting the sale of Integria's retail business. Experience in change management, communication strategies, and a strong ER/IR background will be highly valued. Additionally, L&D experience is important for supporting the business and people strategy now and into the future.
   
About you:
   
The ideal candidate will be a nurturing leader with a hands-on approach. A strong coaching and mentoring style is essential, as well as the ability to lead by example and get things done. You will also have experience working closely with the businesses Leadership Team and front line/middle managers to align people strategies with business objectives. Additionally, adeptness in managing agility and engagement during transformative business changes is highly valued.
   
Experience/ Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or related fields highly desired.
  • 5-10 years' experience leading high performing teams across end-to-end Human Resources required.
