About the Role:
We are currently partnering with a large Australian organisation to find an exception team player to join their employee relations team. 
In today's rapidly evolving work landscape, the success of any organisation hinges on its workforce.  This is a valued role for the business and we are seeking an experienced employee relations specialist who can adeptly navigate changes in employment regulations, skilfully manage end to end cases and provide advice and leadership capability development to their team of emerging leaders.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide expert guidance, advice, and support, ensuring that the organisation maintains fair and compliant employee relations practices. You will be at the forefront of creating positive workplaces, championing professional standards, and managing the intricacies of employment agreements.  You will manage cases from beginning to end and work across the full spectrum of the ER space including leave requests, performance management, dispute resolution and leadership capability development.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead workplace investigations, prepare case management documentation, and maintain required records for interactions with leaders and employees.
  • Ensure exceptional ER service delivery through accurate reporting, trend assessment, and peer review.
  • Advise and coach leaders and HR colleagues on ER matters and contribute to capability-uplift programs.
  • Assist with agreement negotiations and stay updated on HR and industrial relations frameworks.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in an employee relations advisory role, preferably within a large client service group.  Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
A talent for building and maintaining trusted relationships with key stakeholders and employee representatives.
