Are you a skilled Employee Relations (ER) Advisor looking for a new opportunity to make a real impact? Troocoo proud to be partnering with a well-respected client in the QLD infrastructure space, to recruit an experienced ER Partner to support a high workload. In this role, you will provide expert guidance on performance management, conduct compliance, and enterprise agreement queries, helping to drive positive workplace outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide specialist ER advice to leaders and employees on workplace matters, including performance management, misconduct, grievances, and disciplinary action
  • Assist in managing complex employee relations cases, ensuring compliance with policies, enterprise agreements, and employment legislation
  • Support and guide managers through workplace investigations, including conducting interviews, gathering evidence, and preparing reports
  • Advise on enterprise agreements, award interpretation, and policy application to ensure compliance and fair treatment of employees
  • Partner with stakeholders to resolve workplace disputes and implement effective solutions that align with business goals and legal requirements
  • Assist with redundancies, restructures, and change management initiatives, ensuring adherence to workplace legislation and best practices
  • Contribute to policy development and process improvements, helping to drive a positive and compliant workplace culture
  • Provide training and coaching to leaders on ER best practices, performance management, and workplace compliance
What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven experience in Employee Relations, HR Advisory, or a similar role
  • Strong understanding of Australian employment law, enterprise agreements, and HR policies
  • Ability to hit the ground running and manage multiple ER cases simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide managers
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving workplace issues
