About the role:
Troocoo are pleased to be requesting applications for a Divisional Accountant. The purpose of the Divisional Accountant position is to become a Finance Business Partner and perform financial planning, analysis, reporting and advisory services to the General Managers and Executive General Manager’s.
Reporting to the Team Leader – Divisional Reporting you will drive the effective and efficient use of resources and support the management team to achieve optimum financial performance and financial targets.

About you:
You have recent success in providing expert advice through building embedded relationships across an organisation with key stakeholders.
  • As the key Finance Business Partner, develop effective working relationships with the Division’s leadership team (Executive General Manager and General Managers).
  • Develop and provide monthly and quarterly financial reports (including informed, purposeful commentary) to the Management group to ensure they are fully appraised of financial performance.
  • Drive, develop and manage the Divisional budget and forecast submissions that are timely and accurate, identifying and actioning issues to ensure budget and forecast integrity and achievement of strategic objectives.
  • Identify and present opportunities for reporting, process and system improvements.
  • Perform and present various financial modelling, labour rate and workforce analysis to support informed business decisions.
  • Support the implementation of the new ERP (SAP4Hana) and forecasting and budgeting tool, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
Keeping abreast of related regulations, you also have tertiary qualifications in Accounting and, or a related discipline along with a CPA or CA membership.
