Troocoo have been engaged by this leading Queensland State Government department to recruit MULTIPLE Customer Support Officers (AO3). These roles will be triaging and managing a high volume of customer calls and supporting customers with enquiries.
These roles are commencing immediately and will be part of a large contact centre workforce. Roles are full-time – 38 hours per week.
$44.49 p/hour + super | Cannon Hill location – parking available | Initial 3 month contracts
The roles:
- Responding to customer call enquiries and providing solutions and updates
- Answering a high volume of customer calls
- Confirming and clarifying information as needed
- Processing grants and utilising multiple databases
- Engage and de-escalate heightened customers and calming customers as needed
- Previous contact centre experience is essential
- Customer service focus, active listening and communication skills
- Problem-solving and relaying accurate information
- Ability to pick up systems and work as a team
- Must be able to pass a criminal history check, if successful
