Duties:
As a Customer Service Officer, you will form part of an inclusive team and deliver excellent service to our client’s customers, while adhering to company guidelines and business objectives. This is a dynamic role where no two days look the same, and you will be engaging with individuals from all demographics.
Duties include but are not limited to:
  • Proactive management of customers within the assessment center and repairer networks.
  • Working independently and towards strict deadlines.
  • Reduce leakage through effective management of hire car duration.
  • Taking responsibility for the management and progression of claims.
  • Address challenges and influence outcomes to attain the best result.
