Role Overview: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding customer service and managing key controls in vehicle repairs, ensuring optimal outcomes for our clients customers.  You will independently manage operations, coordinate hire car management, towing activities, and minimize costs.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Independently manage Assessing & Repair Centre operations within strict deadlines.
  • Provide timely updates to customers.
  • Proactively coordinate hire car management.
  • Efficiently handle towing activities and associated costs.
  • Administer customer pathing, assessing, repair, and total loss processes.
  • Minimize leakage through effective hire car duration management.
  • Take ownership of claims progression and resolution.
