Troocoo are proud to be partnering with a community focused Government Agency based in the Brisbane CBD. My client is a leader within their field due to their innovative solution and exceptional customer service. Due to growth and internal promotion, we are looking for exceptional Customer Service Officers for four-month temporary assignments with a strong possibility of extension as well as longer term direct Government employment. 

The role of Customer Service Officer works within a high-volume, inbound contact centre that is multifaceted. This role will see you being the first point of contact for customers for all general enquiries as well as providing information and support to customers regarding policy and legislative guidelines.

Key responsibilities include:  
  • Managing the first point of contact for customers in a high-volume inbound contact centre
  • Transition and guide customers to ongoing use of web services
  • Maintain accurate records through assessing and processing customer requests and generating correspondence
This position is well suited to an outcomes focused and professional individual. You will have a passion for customer service and be able to productively engage with a variety of stakeholders.
