About the Role:
As a Credit Administrator you will be a key player in ensuring the smooth operation of pricing strategies and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. You will also be involved in the invoicing of clients, in a fast-paced and high volume environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare accurate daily pricing for the Sales Team and implement and maintain customer pricing.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer phone calls and emails.
- Manage customer accounts, including new setups and handling queries/complaints.
- Handle customer limits, orders, invoicing, and collections coordination.
- Coordinate delivery and scheduling, communicating with supply chain and carriers.
As a Credit Administrator we are seeking someone who not only meets the qualifications but adds a vibrant and enthusiastic presence to the team.
- Proven track record in administration and customer service.
- Previous experience in high-volume invoicing is a must.
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Access, and Excel.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail.
