About your new role
This role is Shed Coordinator position in the claims and assessing division.
- Welcome and greet tow truck drivers
- triage vehicles on arrival and barcode check them in
- Organise vehicles into dedicated zones and bays
- Work closely with on-site assessors for claims
- Maintain shed and ensure its tody at all times
- vehicle inspections and updating systems
- Follow up and update customers on their vehicles
About you
- Strong administrative skills/customer service
- Previous experience working in car yard/warehouse/logistics environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work rotating roster 7 am-3 pm, 7:30 am-3:30 pm and 8 am-4 pm
