Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain contract records, data, and documentation.
- Draft and coordinate new supplier agreements, amendments, and breach notices.
- Liaise with contractors to ensure compliance with contract terms, licences, and insurance requirements.
- Monitor key contractual milestones and escalate any performance or compliance concerns.
- Coordinate contract audits and assist with regular reporting requirements.
- Provide structured administration and support to procurement, sourcing, and supply projects.
- Support the ongoing improvement of contract management systems and processes.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and external suppliers for all contract-related matters.
About You:
- Proven experience in contract administration, procurement support, or contract compliance.
- Strong attention to detail, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing supplier onboarding, records, and performance tracking.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and contract management systems.
