About the role

The Contract Administrator’s purpose is to provide specialist Contract Administration direction, guidance, and support to COEX’s newly created Raid Expansion Project Team. This will encompass monitoring supplier performance and managing EOI processes including the sourcing, implementation, and execution of contract agreements across Queensland.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Support the team with structured administration, decision making, drafting of correspondence and maintenance of appropriate and accurate contract records.
  • Assist in the mobilisation of new refund points by conducting EOI processes.
  • Maintain Master Data records relevant to the Operator and their refund points.
  • Manage the end-to-end contract administration for new operators, importantly monitoring key mobilisation milestones.
  • Be a key member of COEX’s procurement and recycling panels, ensuring accurate notes and reasons for decisions are fully documented.
  • Maintain Master Data records relevant to the Operator.
  • Analyse Operator performance problems and communicate strategies to address performance with the Regional Manager and the broader business.
  • Ensure that Operators meet their various reporting obligations within the contract including annual volume statutory declarations etc.
 
About you
  • Previous experience within a role focused on contract management
  • Understanding and exposure to end-to-end procurement processes
  • Proactive and able to gather all required information from various stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail are essential
