Working 3 days a week in the Brisbane CBD close to public transport, you will be a pivotal employee to ensure the office runs smoothly on a day to day basis, whilst this is a fixed term contract till the end of October it is very likely that the role will be extend past this date and could lead to a permanent position for the right person.
Duties:
The purpose of this role is to support the Client Services Team to provide exceptional service and care to its clients.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Ensure a quality customer experience by tailoring approach to each candidate and client
- Provide information and guidance surrounding services offered
- Optimize and maintain candidate engagement
- Coordination of meetings for senior candidates
- Maintain accurate records to enable accurate reporting and ensure the streamlining of internal processes
- Maintenance of office environment including: maintaining stock levels and cleanliness, coordination of booking rooms and dealing with deliveries/couriers
- Coordination of Client workshops, including preparation of support materials
- Event coordination including: quarterly Alumni events, pre and post round table events and local lunches
- Strong diary/calendar management experience
- A mature mindset and considered approach
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders
- Customer-centric mindset, with a focus on positive outcomes
- Experience in a senior administrative/team coordinator or EA/PA role would be highly advantageous
- Part-time hours (Monday to Wednesday) perfect for a parent returning to work, or candidates looking to reduce hours from full-time
- 8:30-5:30 – this role is based solely in the office
