About the Role

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead the delivery of change management activities for a major ICT transformation program.

This role will see you working closely with executive stakeholders, project teams, and frontline staff to ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and capabilities across a large and diverse organisation.
You'll be based in Brisbane CBD and part of a forward-thinking team committed to delivering user-focused outcomes. This is a 5-month contract with strong potential for extension.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute change management strategies and action plans.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communications activities.
  • Deliver training needs analysis, readiness assessments, and post-implementation support.
  • Identify change risks, manage resistance, and support sustained behavioural change.
  • Work collaboratively with business and ICT delivery teams.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Change Manager delivering ICT-related transformation in large organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR).
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, communications, and change impact analysis.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the public sector (highly regarded).
