We are currently assisting Government clients recruit multiple Business Support Officers (AO3) – we are looking for motivated individuals who can provide flexible and all-round administration support!
About the roles
- Providing a high level of administrative support across the department
- Fast and accurate data entry into the databases – the ability to process a high volume of data
- Correspondence management – busy inbox and phone management
- Email, record-management and document tracking
- General administrative finance – invoicing, payments and processing, facilities management
- High level administration experience is required
- Previous Government experience is highly regarded
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and flexibly
- Confidence in dealing with complex internal and external stakeholders
