A new 6+ month contract opportunity is currently available for a Business Analyst to join this leading not-for-profit Health Care & Community Services provider. 

Reporting directly to one of the Employee Experience Project Managers, this is an exciting opportunity to work shoulder to shoulder with senior business stakeholders to support the improvements, upgrade and consolidation of Payroll and Workforce Management systems, as well as influence the design and delivery of a fully integrated enterprise platform to the realise the strategic benefits and key business outcomes.

Responsibilities and Activities

- Scope, estimate, plan and execute business analyst activities required to successfully deliver the Payroll and/or Workforce Management Projects
- Engage business SMEs and stakeholders through facilitation of business reference and benefits working groups
- Undertake business process improvement analysis on new and existing business processes through the utilisation of process modelling tools.  Identify options and assess feasibility and recommend new approaches. 
- Support key project phases and activities relating to the delivery people, process, data and technology outcomes.
- Support the delivery and implementation of the benefits management plan to ensure benefits are released in alignment with the benefits realisation plan.

Qualifications and Experience 

- Highly motivated team player with 5+ years’ Business Analyst experience in Payroll and/or Workforce Management BAU & projects
- An appropriate qualification or certification relating to the core competency of business analysis with demonstrated experience supporting IT project delivery
- Advanced written and oral communication skills, with proven ability to develop and present complex reports to executives, solve complex problems and manage vendors
