Our client is seeking an AO4 Technology Support Officer (Business Systems) for an initial 6-month contract with the possibility of extension. You will provide high quality IT support and advice to Agency staff and undertake work that supports the technology services provided by the Business Systems team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide client focused desktop, application, and technology support in a timely manner to resolve IT related issues.
- Manage user accounts.
- Undertake IT administration tasks, including audits, data cleansing and asset stock-take.
- Provision and administer devices including Windows laptops, iPhones and iPads.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of knowledge articles and other team documentation.
- Proficiency with technology necessary to be a collaborative member of an IT team and provide advice and assistance to staff on technology related subjects
- The ability to work with limited supervision and undertake self-learning of new and unfamiliar processes and IT systems.
- Attention to detail that enables systems administration changes to be made with high accuracy.
- High verbal and written communication skills
