What You’ll Be Doing:
- Coordinating domestic travel and accommodation bookings
- Managing calendars and diaries for senior executives, including GMs and the Associate Director
- Booking meeting rooms and organising catering
- Providing general administrative support as needed
- Working closely with and under the guidance of a senior PA
- Liaising with a wider network of PAs within the claims assessing team
- You bring solid all-round admin experience and are naturally organised
- Confident, capable, and quick to learn—ready to hit the ground running
- Able to work independently and take initiative, especially when support is offsite
- A team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
- Early-career professionals encouraged to apply—attitude and reliability are key
- Professional in presentation, but comfortable in a relaxed (not overly corporate) environment
This role comes with full training and mentorship from an experienced PA, and the chance to carve out a long-term opportunity within a leading player in the insurance industry. While it starts as a contract role, there is strong potential for permanency for the right person.
