We’re looking for a capable and proactive Administration Assistant to join the largest team within a leading insurance organisation. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a highly experienced Personal Assistant, supporting a dynamic leadership team in a high-volume environment. 

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Coordinating domestic travel and accommodation bookings
  • Managing calendars and diaries for senior executives, including GMs and the Associate Director
  • Booking meeting rooms and organising catering
  • Providing general administrative support as needed
  • Working closely with and under the guidance of a senior PA
  • Liaising with a wider network of PAs within the claims assessing team
About You:
  • You bring solid all-round admin experience and are naturally organised
  • Confident, capable, and quick to learn—ready to hit the ground running
  • Able to work independently and take initiative, especially when support is offsite
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Early-career professionals encouraged to apply—attitude and reliability are key
  • Professional in presentation, but comfortable in a relaxed (not overly corporate) environment
