- Processing credit card payments
- Accounts payable, including reconciliations and liaising with suppliers
- Processing supplier invoices
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Administrative duties including typing of quotes, reports, client liaison, processing enquiries by phone and face to face
- Ensure up to date filing (including electronic files) and housekeeping
- Assisting with onsite events
- Maintaining stationery and uniforms
- Assist the office manager with accounts and administrative duties as required
- Provide admin support to office & onsite teams
- Competent with office software (e.g. MS Office), including Word and Excel spreadsheets
- A good understanding of accounts admin principles
- Experience with Accounting software programs
- Actions orientated and a willingness to learn and apply new skills and take on new responsibilities
- High attention to detail

$38 per hour + superannuation
