Reporting to the Information Technology Manager and working alongside the Senior Systems Administrator the purpose of this fast paced and diverse role is to provide internal technical support across the organisation while delivering business systems projects.
The ideal candidate will need to have excellent customer service skills coupled with strong technical ability to work across a broad set of software, applications and hardware.

Skills needed to succeed in the role:
- Demonstrated experience in administrating O365.
- Experience with ERP's and/or CRM's (desirable).
- Inquisitive nature to find better ways to do things.
- Knowledge to support Mac OS.
- Linux and Windows Server .
- Familiarity with TCP/IP settings and configuration.
